3 - RETURN POLICY
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange (in this case exchange must be verified directly by our aftersales team), store credit or refund within 14 days of the merchandise's delivery date. Return shipment are in charge its in charge of the customer. For "basic/on sale/clearance" and "special price" goods can not be refunded, will be issued a coupon of the same value. The Security Tag, if present, must still be intact and attached to returned items. The shipping cost (if applicated) can not be refunded. Return shipments must reach our warehouses within 30 days from the return date. Otherwise no refund will be issued.
To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number in the MONTEZEMOLOSTORE.COM | Changes, Returns and Refunds (follow this link) and follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Customer are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order unless otherwise stated. Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. Returns must be packaged in the montezemolostore.com box. In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. montezemolostore.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. Pick-ups for all authorized returns with montezemolostore.com's courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment. In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, montezemolostore.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email. montezemolostore.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, montezemolostore.com will deduct a 30% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund. For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
