2 - SHIPPING INFORMATION
SHIPMENT AND FEES
Shipping may be required to pay the costs. Shipments to Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City will be shipped via the courier BRT, SDA or others. As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from montezemolostore.com are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro. Purchases made to non-EU territories may be subject to import duties/import fees that cannot be predetermined and attributable to montezemolostore.com. All items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.
Orders are shipped from montezemolostore.com in Florence, Italy - Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning, during festive days will be shipped the first available working days. montezemolostore.com ships worldwide using BRT, DHL, FedEX and POSTE ITALIANE. montezemolostore.com shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of montezemolostore.com. We remind first-time Clients that montezemolostore.com can request the Bank or Paypal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping. Orders with items that are already available will be shipped on the first business day following order completion some days of order preparation may occuor even if items it's alredy available on website. During sales or special promotions, shipping times may be longer. montezemolostore.com reserves the right to delay ditch in the case of unforeseen circumstances. Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. Your credit card will be charged on the day that you place the order, despite the postponed ship date.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from montezemolostore.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or montezemolostore.com.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. montezemolostore.com packages are carefully sealed in MONTEZEMOLO logo print tape around the sides of the box. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact montezemolostore.com at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the montezemolostore.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
montezemolostore.com shipments are with standard insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
