PRICES AND CURRENCY
Published prices and final invoices are in Euro. Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions. montezemolostore.com encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.
The following methods of payment are accepted by montezemolostore.com:
When clients place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Realex Payments EMS which accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other credit card systems.
Credit Card Security: montezemolostore.com Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server. montezemolostore.com CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WILL NOT ASK FOR NOR ACCEPT CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND/OR EXPIRATION DATES. montezemolostore.com advises Clients to apply for E-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for both available merchandise and for Pre-order items (which are shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives).
CREDIT CARD WITH SCALAPAY
If you buy with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.
BANK WIRE TRANSFERwhen Bank Wire Transfer is selected at the order confirmation as the method of payment, the customer will automatically receive an email confirming the account information for MONTEZEMOLOSTORE.COM. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in montezemolostore.com’s bank account. It is mandatory that the Client send a scan (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (0558805978) of the bank transaction within 48 hours of confirming the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached montezemolostore.com’s bank account. If the scan or fax of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled. The merchandise will be shipped once montezemolostore.com has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.
BANK WIRE TRANSFER DETAILS:

PAYPALmontezemolostore.com welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.
FIRST-TIME CLIENTFor Credit Card and Paypal payments montezemolostore.com can request the Bank or Paypal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping. montezemolostore.com also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.
PRE-ORDER PAYMENTClients can place orders for merchandise that is scheduled to arrive later in the season. In the event that an item reserved by the Client does not produced, the Client will be informed and a refund or store credit will be issued. The credit card will be charged on the date that the order is placed. PayPal payments for Pre-Orders are transacted on the same day that the order is placed. Bank Wire transfers for Pre-Orders are invoiced the day the funds arrive in montezemolostore.com’s account. The shipping address country inserted for Pre-Orders cannot be modified, updated or changed in any way.
ORDER UPDATEIt is possible to check the status of your order directly on line by accessing MY ACCOUNT and clicking on the MY ORDERS tab. We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
PROMO CODESClients who have been sent a PROMO CODE by newsletter or other systems, through social networks or on approved promotional web sites can insert this code during order purchase and checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended. PROMO CODES can be used in conjunction with Store Credit Vouchers.
STORE CREDITStore Credit can be requested in lieu of refunds for returned merchandise and other cases when the requested item may not be available. Store Credit can be used only once within 90 days of issuance in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
GIFT CARDSThe montezemolostore.com GIFT CARD: is redeemable exclusively on-line for any article featured on the montezemolostore.com. Is available in various prices. Has a validity of 12 months. Can be used for one or more, orders. Can be used towards an order of greater value than the Gift Card amount. Can be used in conjunction with other montezemolostore.com Gift Cards of varying amounts towards one purchase. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a cumulative code. The montezemolostore.com GIFT CARD: cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, do not include any eventual import fees on the shipped merchandise. Import Fee payment is the sole responsibility of the Gift Card/ Order recipient. Shipments within the EU are not subject to import fees. Shipments outside of the EU are subject to import fees. Shipments to countries that have all-inclusive pricing are not subject to import fees. Orders placed with Gift Cards can be returned. If the returned item is for a refund the amount of the return will be credited back to the Gift Card. montezemolostore.com Gift Cards are sent by email to the address indicated during the order process. montezemolostore.com is not responsible for shipment delays or mishaps due to incorrect or incomplete email addresses. montezemolostore.com Gift Cards are anonymous and, therefore, montezemolostore.com is not responsible for the misuse of lost or stolen cards and relative emails. montezemolostore.com reserves the right to refuse orders placed with Gift Cards that may be invalid, fraudulent or the result of code duplication. Orders placed with Gift Cards are subject to the standard commercial terms and privacy policies as published on montezemolostore.com.
2 - SHIPPING INFORMATION
SHIPMENT AND FEESShipping may be required to pay the costs. Shipments to Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City will be shipped via the courier BRT, SDA or others. As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from montezemolostore.com are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro. Purchases made to non-EU territories may be subject to import duties/import fees that cannot be predetermined and attributable to montezemolostore.com. All items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.
SHIPMENT DATEOrders are shipped from montezemolostore.com in Florence, Italy - Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning, during festive days will be shipped the first available working days. montezemolostore.com ships worldwide using BRT, DHL, FedEX and POSTE ITALIANE. montezemolostore.com shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of montezemolostore.com. We remind first-time Clients that montezemolostore.com can request the Bank or Paypal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping. Orders with items that are already available will be shipped on the first business day following order completion some days of order preparation may occuor even if items it's alredy available on website. During sales or special promotions, shipping times may be longer. montezemolostore.com reserves the right to delay ditch in the case of unforeseen circumstances. Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. Your credit card will be charged on the day that you place the order, despite the postponed ship date.
SHIPMENT TRACKINGWhen the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from montezemolostore.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or montezemolostore.com.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERYUpon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. montezemolostore.com packages are carefully sealed in MONTEZEMOLO logo print tape around the sides of the box. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact montezemolostore.com at email@example.com. If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the montezemolostore.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
SHIPMENT INSURANCEmontezemolostore.com shipments are with standard insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
3 - RETURN POLICY
RETURN INSTRUCTIONSIf for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange (in this case exchange must be verified directly by our aftersales team), store credit or refund within 14 days of the merchandise's delivery date. Return shipment are in charge its in charge of the customer. For "basic/on sale/clearance" and "special price" goods can not be refunded, will be issued a coupon of the same value. The Security Tag, if present, must still be intact and attached to returned items. The shipping cost (if applicated) can not be refunded. Return shipments must reach our warehouses within 30 days from the return date. Otherwise no refund will be issued.
To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number in the MONTEZEMOLOSTORE.COM | Changes, Returns and Refunds (follow this link) and follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Customer are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
THE THREE TYPES OF RETURN ARE:
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order unless otherwise stated. Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. Returns must be packaged in the montezemolostore.com box. In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. montezemolostore.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. Pick-ups for all authorized returns with montezemolostore.com's courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment. In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, montezemolostore.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email. montezemolostore.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, montezemolostore.com will deduct a 30% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund. For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
4 - SITE POLICIES
